- Raspberry Bristol is an excellent variety of black raspberry , which is suitable for home growers and commercial cultivation.
- The plant has healthy shoots , up to 200cm high, grows compactly. The plant support is suitable
- It fruits once a year in mid-July. Ripe fruits are harvested in 2-3 weeks.
- Bristol raspberry fruits are large round tasty, dark black. They have a distinctive aroma and sweet taste.
- Bristol raspberries are suitable for direct consumption but also for processing, jam making or freezing.
- It prefers a sunny position or partial shade, the soil should be slightly moist and permeable.
- Raspberries should be planted close to a support to ensure they are well picked, when the shoot comes up, remove it at the ground and make room for the new shoot.
- We also recommend making a root barrier so it doesn't grow too much where we don't want it.
